Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging

Because tea is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns of opened tea unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please email hello@steadtea.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage or arrange a suitable replacement/refund.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been received.

Please note that it may take a little longer for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@steadtea.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged or faulty item

We’ll review the issue and do our best to put it right.

Wrong item received

If we’ve sent you the wrong item, please email hello@steadtea.com with your order number and a photo of what you received.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, the simplest option is to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
