We want your tea to reach you quickly, safely and without any fuss. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery from Stead.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only.

At the moment, we do not offer international delivery, local collection or local hand delivery.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is £2.99.

Orders £20 and over qualify for free UK delivery.

Free delivery will be applied automatically at checkout when your order total reaches £20 or more.

Delivery service

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is reliable, but delivery times can occasionally vary during busy periods, bank holidays or unexpected delays within the postal network.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, email us as soon as possible at hello@steadtea.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the address once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, please email us at hello@steadtea.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll do our best to put things right.
